Family Beach Vacations

Imagine laying out on a towel. Imagine the sun beating down on your body. Imagine hearing the waves crashing in the distance. If this sounds like a dream vacation to you, then family beach vacations are your best option!

You don’t have to travel to different areas of the world for family beach vacations. Depending on where you live, beaches might be closer than you think. If you live on the West coast, California is an attractive option for a beach vacation.

Some beaches in California let you camp there for a small fee. Most are open all day until dusk or into the evening hours. As a child growing up in California, we spent most of our summers at the beach.

Family beach vacations provide you with so many different options. For example, the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk is located right on the beach. You can lay out to tan while your kids enjoy the arcade and rides.

If you spend most of your time on the beach, you have a variety of activities to do. Swimming is a lot of fun. Make sure to be very careful swimming in the ocean. You can also surf or wakeboard.

If you don’t want to spend time in the water, you have different options for the beach. You can barbecue if the beach allows it. You can play volleyball or soccer. You can lay out, relax, and read a book if you prefer.

Consider Florida as another popular option for family beach vacations. Not only are there plenty of beaches available, there is a lot of stuff to do if you get bored on the beach. Disney World and Universal Studios are close by.

Hawaii is another option that you might not have considered. Imagine beautiful beaches, good food, and friendly people. One of the most famous resorts in Hawaii is the Waikiki Beach resort.

If you prefer to travel, look at Beaches or Sandals beach resorts. Their resorts are located throughout the world. Their beach resorts are also very attractive and offer plenty of activities for you to enjoy while you bask in the warm sun!
